       นักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางนอกจากเป้าหมายที่เพื่อท่องเที่ยวในสถานที่ต้องการ สิ่งที่จำเป็นอย่างหนึ่งเรื่องอาหารที่รับประทานเพื่อดำรงค์อยู่ที่ต้องเลือกกำหนดตามงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้เพื่อให้ถึงจุดเป้าหมายที่ต้องการ ในช่วงหลังจากที่มาถึงจึงมีโอกาสเดินเที่ยวในกรุงธากา จึงเลือกลองอาหารชิมบริเวณในย่านบริเวณย่านนั้นที่เรียกกันว่าอาหารริมทาง  สตีทร์ ฟูด Street Foods

          สถานพักในบังคลาเทศที่ผมเลือกในวันแรกๆไม่ไกลย่านชุมชนธุรกิจค้าขาย ตอนเย็นผมออกมาเดินเที่ยวตลาดเพื่อดูวัฒนธรรมบรรยากาศของเมืองหลวงโดยยังไม่เรียก ริคชอร์  นักท่องเที่ยวช่วงเย็นจะเป็นช่วงคนพลุกพล่านกันมากในย่านอุตตะระเหนือด้านในถัดถนนใหญ่จะเป็นที่พักชาวธากา สำหรับถนนด้านสายหลักจะเป็นลักษณะร้านค้าอาคารพานิชย์ชั้นล่างค้าขายธุรกิจชั้นบนสำนักงานและอยู่อาศัยเป็นบางส่วน เย็นวันนีผมเดินฟูดสตีทร์ อาหารริมทาง ( Street Food)แถวแยกถนนที่เรียกกันว่า ย่านอาจุมปุน(Ajumpur) ในย่านนี้นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและชาวบังคลาเทศจะมากันจับจ่ายซื้อสินค้าและแลกเงินไทยกับเงินบังคลาเทศที่นี่จะมีสองสามร้านที่รับแลกเงินและอัตราแลกจะแตกต่างกันมาก

     ผมเดินชมตลาดเรื่อยๆเมื่อได้เวลาอาหารเย็นจึงมองหาร้านอาหารที่ขายบริเวณอุตตระเหนือ(North Uttara) ซึ่งด้านนอกด้านข้างถนนมีขายอาหารคบเคี้ยวจำพวกถั่วจะมีมาวางขายไม่ขาดระยะตามแนวถนน ร้านค้าอาหารไก่ทอดห้าดาวของซีพี  หรือ ร้านเวลล์ฟูดของท้องถิ่นพอมีขายในบริเวณนั้น ผมคาดว่าจะลองชิมวันข้างหน้าวันนี้มองหาอาหารรองท้องแบบคนยุโรปที่ขายข้างทางกันก่อน
